The Clive Festival event takes a lot of planning and then, it takes a lot of dedicated volunteers to pull it off. We would truly enjoy your help as a committee member or as a festival volunteer to help with the 2-day event.

Volunteer Request Form

GREAT, now that you are on board to volunteer (yah!), we will need some basic information about yourself; how and when you would be available to help, as well as, your e-mail address to confirm your request. We will do our best to accommodate your volunteer preference, but in the event that position is already filled, we hope you will consider another position where you may be needed. You and your assignment will be added to the volunteer roster and eventually posted in the community room area.

Volunteer Jobs

Beer Garden

Responsibilities may involve the following: taking and discarding beverage tickets, distributing alcholic beverages, unloading cases of ice and cold beverages (may need to lift upto 25 lb).
■  Saturday Shifts are from 3:45-7 PM and 6:45 PM to 10:00 PM (times subject to change)

Beverage Ticket Sales

Responsibilities may involve the following: checking ID’s and/or wristbands, directing the public where to find assistance, using math skills to figure amount due and make change very quickly.
■  Saturday Shifts are from 3:45-7 PM and 6:45 PM to 10:00 PM (times subject to change)

Wrist Bands

Responsibilities may involve the following: checking ID for birth date (along with our Clive Fire Dept.) and physically placing wristband around wrist.
■  Saturday Shifts are from 3:45-7 PM and 6:45 PM to 10:00 PM (times subject to change)

Kid’s Corner

Responsibilities may involve the following: assisting various ages of children working on craft projects – working with glue, scissors, paint and accessories – just to name a few.
■  Saturday Shift is from 1:45 PM to 4:15 PM, 3:45 PM to 6:15 PM and 6 PM to 8:15 PM (times subject to change)

Inflatables-Ride Ticket Sales (if applicable)

Responsibilities may include helping sell tickets for the inflables.
■ Saturday shifts are 11:45 PM – 4:00 PM and 3:45 – 8:00 PM and 7:45- 11 PM (times subject to change)

Miscellaneous

Responsibilities may involve the following – assisting with various odd jobs; i.e. distributing ice, parking assistance, recycling and more.
